Friday, July 20 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday, July 21 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Tuesday, July 24, 10:00 a.m. 4-H Booth Building
4-H BOOTH INFORMATION & RULES AND REGULATIONS:

All booths must have the name of group and advisor(s) clearly displayed.

All booths should be in place by 5:00 p.m. Saturday, July 21. Only one booth per club will receive payment. If more than one booth is decorated, payment will be made on the highest grade.

Booths will be judged by two categories—Theme and Educational.

Special awards will be given to:

First Place Theme Booth
-
First Place Educational Booth
-
Booth with the Most Original Use of Theme
-
Best Workmanship
-
Best Attention Getter
-
Best Expression of the Purpose of 4-H
-

Booth may win no more than one award.

Booths will be graded A or B.
-
Score cards may be obtained from the OSU Extension Office after the fair.
GIRL SCOUTS/HOME ECONOMICS

Name of organization should be clearly displayed.

There should be a written theme or title.
-
The theme should be educational.
-
Display should be neat and attractive.
-
Theme should be related to F.H.A./FCCLA
VOCATIONAL AGRICULTURE (FFA)
EDUCATIONAL BOOTH

A suitable placard or sign to identify the department shall accompany each exhibit.
-
Any one area of activity may be shown as seen fit by the chapter.
-
The exhibit must consist of at least 15 individual projects.
-
There should be a variety of exhibits; such as, articles constructed of wood, metal, a combination of wood and metal, labor-saving devices, tool sharpening displays, welding displays, electrical displays, rope displays, engine and motor repair.

Articles displayed must have been constructed during the current school year.

Basis for grading will be: Number of projects displayed, variety of projects displayed, workmanship or quality of projects, usefulness of project.
